Project VALE is software for coaches that helps with client support, coach-side context, and between-session guidance workflows.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for activity occurring under their account.
Acceptable use
- Use Project VALE lawfully and responsibly
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
- Do not upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use
- Do not use the service in violation of applicable privacy, consumer, or professional obligations
Coach responsibility
Coaches remain responsible for how they use the platform, what they communicate to clients, and whether their use of Project VALE fits their professional, legal, and regulatory obligations.
No guaranteed outcomes
Project VALE is provided to help improve support workflows, but it does not guarantee business results, client outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.
Payments
Paid access, pricing, seat counts, billing cycles, trial terms, and subscription details are governed by the checkout and billing terms presented at purchase. By purchasing or continuing after trial, you agree that charges are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and termination
Access may be modified, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary for business, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding relating to Project VALE or these Terms will be handled exclusively under Texas law and in the appropriate courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
