Overview

Project VALE is offered with a 7-day trial period so coaches can evaluate the platform before paid billing begins. After a paid charge is processed, all charges are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Trial period

You are responsible for canceling before the end of the trial period if you do not want billing to begin. If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will convert into a paid plan and billing will begin automatically.

No refunds after billing starts

Once a subscription charge, renewal charge, seat charge, or other Project VALE billing charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. No full refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or retroactive credits will be issued for unused time, unused seats, reduced usage, canceled plans after renewal, or a change of mind.

Seat changes and renewals

Additional active client spots, plan renewals, and subscription continuation charges are also final and non-refundable once processed. Coaches are responsible for managing seat counts and subscription status before upcoming billing dates.

Exception if required by law

If a refund is required by applicable law, Project VALE will honor that legal requirement to the limited extent required. Otherwise, this no-refund policy applies in full.

Texas governing law and venue

This No Refund Policy, and any claim or dispute relating to billing, charges, cancellations, credits, or refunds for Project VALE, will be interpreted, governed, and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any related proceeding or dispute will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
