Project VALE is a software platform designed to support coaches and their client-support workflows. It is provided for informational, organizational, and operational support purposes only.
AI-generated suggestions
The Project VALE coaching brain may generate suggestions, summaries, prompts, recommendations, or other outputs based on coach-provided materials, platform inputs, and AI systems. Those outputs are automated assistance only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific client, situation, or outcome.
Coach responsibility
Each coach remains fully responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, rejecting, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated suggestion or workflow produced through Project VALE. Coaches are solely responsible for how they communicate with clients, what guidance they provide, and whether any use of the platform is appropriate for their practice.
No professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
Project VALE does not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Nothing generated by the platform should be treated as a substitute for professional judgment, professional review, emergency support, diagnosis, treatment, or regulated advice.
Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project VALE, VALE Advisory, Odyssey Holdings INC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to:
- any suggestion, recommendation, summary, prompt, or output generated by the AI coaching brain;
- any action taken or not taken in reliance on platform outputs;
- coach decisions, client communications, or client outcomes;
- errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, model failures, hallucinations, or platform unavailability; or
- any claim that use of the platform caused harm, loss, misunderstanding, business damage, reputational damage, or other liability.
User assumption of risk
By using Project VALE, the user accepts and assumes all risk associated with reviewing, relying on, modifying, sending, or implementing any AI-generated output or coach-brain suggestion.
Texas governing law and venue
This Disclaimer, and any claim or dispute arising from Project VALE, VALE Advisory, Odyssey Holdings INC, or the platform's AI-generated outputs, will be interpreted, governed, and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any related proceeding or dispute will be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Emergency and high-risk situations
Project VALE is not intended for emergency response, crisis intervention, or high-risk decisions where failure, delay, or inaccuracy could result in serious harm. Users should not rely on the platform in place of urgent human judgment or emergency services.
